Drop-Off Service
As a convenience to you we provide a drop-off service whereby your pet's needs will be addressed as soon as possible during the day. Pets are usually ready to return home by 2:00 or 3:00 pm if they are dropped off by 10:30 am. There is no additional charge to leave your pet as a drop-off.

Emergency Service
If your pet experiences an after hours emergency, you have 3 options. You may call the doctor-on-call pager at 244-4352. You may call the After Hours Pet Emergency Clinic at 966-4440. You may call the Knoxville Pet Emergency Clinic at 637-0114.
